When I was a kid back in the '80s and '90s, my dad always ran the Summer Beach Run, which is this weekend and remains one of those late-summer traditions that makes the beaches such a great place to live. We're also attempting to set a new world record this weekend, and the Jaguars play their first preseason game. It's a great time to be alive, friends. Go out and enjoy yourselves.
